BT Cuts Broadband Price
|
|
BT
has responded to the increasingly competitive broadband price war by
reducing the cost of its high-speed internet packages for the first three
months.
The reduced monthly prices will be available to new broadband customers who
sign up between 17 January and 16 February, 2005, for the first three
months.
For the first three months,
BT
Broadband Basic (512k) will cost £15.99 per month, going up to £17.99
onwards.
The standard
BT
Broadband (512k) monthly rental is £22.99 (then £24.99) while BT Yahoo!
Broadband 512k monthly rental £24.99 (then £26.99). The price reductions do
not apply to BT’s faster 1MB product.
All products will continue to offer free connection and a router when
purchased online.
Earlier this month, rival ISP
Tiscali cut the price for its uncapped
256kbps broadband to £15.99 a month, while the price of its
512kbps broadband (also uncapped) fell to £19.99.Good news for
customers! |
